  1. What is WellLIFECoach?

    WellLIFE coaching is a powerful relationship between a client who is ready to make changes, and a skilled and certified WellLIFECoach who can guide the client to achieving successful, satisfying and lasting results. It is truly a partnership in which the WellLIFECoach assists the client in finding the answers that work for them in achieving their goals. A WellLIFECoach supports, guides and encourages a client through his/her present life challenges, toward optimal lifelong improvement in the areas of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

    Our WellLIFECoach's will do their best to answer every question and coach you through your personal wellness needs.  Some situations simply don't have clear answers and
    it is also possible (but rare) the answer to your question, situation or need is simply not available. If you do receive coaching, but are not satisfied with it, you can first request an additional response through a "Coaching Amplification" request and if still unsatisfied, you can request and apply for a refund.

Asking questions or relaying a need for personal coaching

  1. What questions can I ask or what personal needs can I have help with?
    Your personal WellLIFECoach is trained to coach you in whole-person wellness pertaining to any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual health matter.  You may ask any question or relay any need of yours that falls within the whole-person wellness area and that is within the guidelines for "Proper Use," as specified in our Terms of Service
    .

    Ask WellLIFECoach discourages and may refuse to respond to questions that:
    • request private information about individuals
    • want assistance in conducting illegal activities
    • are meant to sell or advertise products
    • refer or relate to inappropriate content
       
  2. Do you answer medical, or legal questions?
    These services do not provide medical or legal advice, nor are they intended to take the place of medical or legal advice and treatment from your personal physician or counsel from your attorney.  Participants are encouraged and advised to consult their own doctors or other qualified health professionals regarding the treatment of their particular medically related problems.

    Nevertheless, Information provided via this service is intended to be professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, pastorial, or other otherwise professional advice, to the extent of the certification(s), license(s) and professional credentials of the WellLIFECoach(s). It is up to the client to determine and verify on their own the certification(s), license(s) and professional credentials of their personal WellLIFECoach.

  1. How much does WellLIFECoaching cost?
    WellLIFE Coaching is on a fee-for-service basis.  Fees vary by WellLIFECoach and are arranged between you and your WellLIFECoach.  Fees are charged in 10 minute increments and vary from $50 to $100 per hour.  Your initial consultation is fully refundable if you are not 100% satisfied with the coaching you receive (see FAQ Answers to your questions - Refunds).


    Coaching Sessions are normally 90 minutes for the initial consult and 30 minutes per session thereafter.  Coaching may be purchased in time blocks of 6 half-hour sessions (10% discount) or 12 half-hour sessions (15% discount).
     
  2. How will I be charged?
    After your initial consult with your personal WellLIFECoach, will direct HI to email you a
    billing preference form which you will need to complete and return to HI.  Your WellLIFECoach will submitt to HI a bi-weekly statement of time and general coaching report - HI will charge your account and email a copy of the statement to you.
     
  3. Is my credit card information safe?
    We understand that online financial transactions involves a great deal of trust on your part. We take this trust very seriously, and make it our highest priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information you provide.  We use a 256-bit encrypted Turbo SSL™ Secure Certificate from GoDaddy.com for all credit card transactions.
     
  4. Is this service covered by my insurance?
    No, all services are provided on a private-pay basis.  Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to submit our statements for consideration of re-imbursement to you.

  1. Who will answer my questions and help with my needs?
    Your coaching will be from a highly qualified, screened and certified WellLIFECoachWellLIFECoach's are experts in their respective health/fitness/wellness fields.  Most have certification(s), license(s) and professional credentials in their respective areas of expertise.  All WellLIFECoach's go through an interview process that determines their experience and ability to provide responsible answers
    , and solutions in Whole-Person Wellness. You are strongly encouraged to provide feedback on the quality of the coaching you receive by using the Feedback link on the main WellLIFECoach webpage. 
     
  2. Are WellLIFE Coaches professionals/experts in their field?
    All WellLIFECoach
    Mentors are screened to ensure that they are experts in their respective fields with excellent communication skills.  All are certified generalists in Whole-Person Wellness. Your questions and needs may be responded to by an expert in a particular health/fitness/wellness field (per your choice) or by an generalist WellLIFECoach. Either way, if you are unsatisfied with your coaching for any reason, you may apply for a full refund, or request a new WellLIFECoach.

  1. How will I know when my question or need has been met?
    You are in control of the amount of time you spend with your WellLIFECoach.  You may determine at what point you want to either have more infrequent coaching, or discontinue your coaching altogether.
     
  2. What if a question or need doesn't have a clear answer/solution?
    Some questions or needs simply don't have clear, straightforward answers or solutions, in such cases, your WellLIFECoach will attempt to provide you the best information and solutions available and may collaborate with one or more other WellLIFECoach's to provide you the best response.
     
  3. My WellLIFECoach only partially answered my question/need. How do I get further clarification or help?
    Remember, the WellLIFECoach relationship is a partnership in which
    the WellLIFECoach assists the client in finding the answers that work for them in achieving their goals.  You should feel a comfort level with your WellLIFECoach and be able to freely discuss your need for further clarification - if you do not feel this closeness, please discuss this with your WellLIFECoach or contact us to place you with another WellLIFECoach.
     
  4. What if I don't like my coaching or the response to my question/need? Can I get a refund?
    If you are not fully satisfied with your coaching experience for whatever reason, the first step is to discuss this with your WellLIFECoach
    . If you are still dissatisfied after this step, you can request a new WellLIFECoach. If you still are not satisfied, you may apply for a full refund, using our refund request form. If you want a refund, you'll be asked to explain why you were unsatisfied with your WellLIFECoach experience. WellLIFECoach grants full refunds for all reasonable requests for up to 30 days after the initial coaching engagement.
     
  5. If I want to tip my WellLIFECoach, how do I do that?
    You may either contact HI (see our Contact page) and provide us information on what you want to tip your coach, and we will charge your account, or, you may mail your check into HI with your request and we will pass-on 100% of your tip to your WellLIFECoach.  Tips are not refundable. Thank you for tipping your WellLIFECoach! They appreciate it.

    No, your initial question/needs and personal information is secure and will automatically be sent to only your selected WellLIFECoach.
