Healthy Living
Most aspects of good health are
determined by the choices you make over a lifetime. Everybody
wants to be healthy, but not everybody knows how or is willing to take
the steps necessary to improve their health. This 8 week program
provides the health information you need, explains health risks, and
helps you keep records of your health changes and improvements.
Designed for those who could benefit from a little more information and
motivation - small steps add up to large health gains.
